What prescription medications do you dispense?
We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations; therefore, we carry a very limited inventory of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our web site do not require a physical examination.
What is the difference between Brands and Generics? Why do people prefer Generics?
Not much, except for name and price. Generics are usually priced up to 80 percent less than equivalent brand-name versions. Why?
Because generic drug manufacturers are not required to duplicate original medical studies proving the safety and efficiency of the chemical compound, they can produce generic versions at much lower costs, thus passing on these savings to the consumer.
Sometimes the generic version of a drug may differ in color or shape from its brand-name counterpart; these differences have no effect on the medical action of the drug and are for commercial or patent reasons only.
Do you deliver to my country?
Due to regulations we cannot ship medicines to all countries, please check the order form for the current list of countries that we can ship to.
Do I have to be at home when my order arrives?
Yes, we require an adult signature for all orders.
If you are not home at the moment your postman tries to deliver your order, a notice will be left you to pick your package up at the post office.
Should I have a prescription to order from you?
No, you need not. We do not require any prescription from our customers. However we would strongly recommend you to consult your doctor before taking a medication. You may have some diseases contraindicated for taking certain kinds of medicines and your doctor will advise you what you can or cannot take.
How do I purchase medications online?
To place orders please follow the next steps:
- Choose the drug's name and click the BUY button.
- After this you are taken into the shopping cart. When you are ready to complete your purchase, press the CHECKOUT button.
- You will be taken to the secure page where you enter all your personal and payment information.
At this point, you will submit your order for processing.
Can I place a large order?
To prevent fraudulent purchases we don't accept orders larger than $300 from first time customers. First time customers who want to order a larger quantity should send us the following documents:
- a photocopy of the physical credit card front & back (only the first four and the last four digits of the credit card number to be seen).
- a written statement and signature from the cardholder declaring the order is legitimate.

Once we have received the required documentation your order will be approved.
As soon as you receive your first order and your payment history is established you can order as much as you wish.
I've made an order, but didn't get any confirmation, why is that?
We always confirm our customers about their order status changes via email, but some emails could be failed because of the mail anti-spam security.
If it moves the email to a different folder, scan through that folder looking for our reply. If you do not receive replies after repeated attempts to contact us try reaching us from another email address, or inform us by phone that you are not receiving our replies and perhaps we can try sending from a different address.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Your order is shipped within 24-48 hours.
Once your order has been shipped, it will take on average 6-12 days to deliver it to you.

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by sending us an e-mail message. We can not accept order cancellation once the order is shipped.
Can I return my drugs and get a refund once I've received them?
Owing to the nature of the products, you can not return your medication for a refund. We can issue you a refund only if your order did not arrive. We can't propose you any refund if you provided us with the incorrect shipping address and this order was shipped already.
If your parcel is seized by the Customs, please inform us via an e-mail about the situation occurred and we will do our best to solve the problem.
How does our company fight with the Chargeback's?
Any chargeback's to credit cards without communicating with us first will be treated as Fraudulent. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
Any customer attempting or threatening to do this will be immediately barred from making any future purchases on this website as well as having their card blacklisted among processors.
If you are disappointed on something please don't hesitate to contact us. We assure you that all matters will be resolved to your best.
Why do the pills I received look different than the pills I get from my neighborhood pharmacy?
If you are used to buying the brand name pills and you have ordered the generic equivalent from us, the pills that we have sent you will look different; however, they will have the exact same chemical composition. Generics do not look the same as their brand name counterparts due to patent laws restricting generic manufacturers to produce a pill that "looks" exactly like the brand name drug. However, the generic drug will ALWAYS be chemically equivalent to its brand name counterpart.
What should I do if I don't receive my order on time?
This kind of problem is relevant only if the package stocks at the custom of your country. In this extra situation it is advised to contact our support service without delay.
What if the package hasn't arrived?
If none of your order has arrived within 28 (working) days from the date of order we will investigate the matter thoroughly and promptly. In this case Please contact and notify us of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment.
We will reship the product free of charge.
What if the package is damaged or something is missing?
In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We always try to resolve any problems to the best of our customers.
We will reship the damaged/missed part of your order for free or refund your money for this part.
